We are here to help if you have any questions. In order to ship the replacement faster and correctly, please read through the instructions below.

If you need replacement parts, please make sure to send the following document to us TOGETHER:

  • A FULL copy of your purchase invoice in PDF that shows selling website, order number, full product name, customer full name, and full shipping info.
  • A completed replacement form. Be sure to put the part number, description, and quantity on your request form.
  • Our regular processing time is 3-5 business days, and the shipping time can vary depending on the destination.
  • Fail to provide ALL documents will slow down processing time.

 

Important: We are not able to fulfill the replacement request under below circumstances:

  • Order placed under used condition.
  • Order placed from unauthorized seller or auction site.
  • Order placed outside mainland U.S.
  • Any shipping related issues, such as missing box or item not received, please contact the selling website.
  • For any refund related issue, please contact the selling website.
  • We only support small parts replacement. If the part requested can not be shipped by FedEx or UPS, please contact the selling website due to special shipping method required.
